Michael Capaldo brings three decades of innovation to his clients and has years of experience in the field of ERISA-regulated health and welfare plans.
Michael's services include analysis, design, implementation and administration of employee welfare benefit plans, employee engagement and benefit satisfaction surveys as well as employee benefit communications.
He's owned and operated several successful insurance agencies, held director-level positions at insurance carriers and served as the Director of Communications and Training at the New York Liquidation Bureau (the court-appointed receiver of insolvent and impaired insurance carriers) where he assisted in the successful rehabilitation of a property and casualty carrier.
Michael is a Brooklyn native and the father of five grown children. He has always taken great pride in his community involvement, having served as a soccer and basketball coach and Boy Scout leader, as well as a board member of the Center for Family Resources and the Long Island Housing Partnership. He is an avid golfer and woodworker.
